Artist treatment

Looked at different artist treatments. The label will choose and artist and a track. The director will send the a treatment to the label. The treatment should be able to tell the label what type of video the driector is going for. The label will decide. The music video is supposed to be an advert for the artist and an advert for their music. 

Looked at different treatments to get an idea of how they look. These are some of the pictures of treatments that we looked at. 

These are some instructions as to what we are going to do as a group. We have to make a treatment using the artist, showing the name of the track and the link to the track. We have to get photos of artist that have a smililar style to the type of track we are doing. The track we are going for is an indie pop boy band. We have to get photos that show the different elements. 

This will help us a lot in the creation of this music video, as it will help decide how the actual music video is going to look. On the whole, it has to look like. This has to portray the personality of our band. It has to promote them which is why that the treatment is very important to the music video as we would want to make the video look how we want it to look and help us to get an idea of how it would look and if it is effective in showing the artist.
